1. Understanding Posting Board Permissions

A Posting board has an Operator role that exists separately from Shopl's admin permissions.

An Operator can Enter Posting board info, create a Category, and view all Registered Posts.

Operators can be designated from among leaders, and admins are always Fixed included.

Designate a leader you want to co-manage the Posting board with as an Operator.

2. Designating a Posting Board Operator

1. Go to the PC dashboard > Select Posting board from the left Menu List.

2. Select the Posting board you want to Add an Operator to.

3. Select Settings > Posting board info > the ⚙️ button.

4. Select the leader you want to designate as an Operator.
