NOTE Categories for Notice & Survey can only be created by Admins only.
1. Why use Categories?
Setting a Category when creating a Notice & Survey is not Required.
However, it can be useful for organizing Posts by Contents or for quickly finding the Posts you need later.
2. Creating a Category
1. Select Dashboard > Notice & Survey > [Settings] tab at the top.
2. Enter the Name of the Category you want to create in the input field, then select the [Add] button.
Name Edit: If you entered the Category Name incorrectly, click on the Name to Edit it directly.
Count limit: There is no limit on the number of Categories you can create, however, creating duplicates with the same Name is Impossible.
⚠️ Attention when deleting a Category
You can Delete a Category using the [X] button on the right.
Once deleted, Recover is Impossible. However, any existing Posts that Used that Category will not be deleted and will remain in the 'Category not assigned' Status.
Changing the Category order
You can change the order of Categories using the [Edit list order] button at the bottom. Arrange the order according to importance. (※ After making changes, make sure to press the Save button.)
