The Check Location feature is available starting from the Pro plan. Only Admins can enable the feature, and only Leaders/Admins with sending permissions can create location check rules.
1. What is the Check Location Feature?
Check Location automatically verifies if employees stay within their assigned work location.
When a rule is set, location check requests are sent randomly during work hours. You can view both the response status and the actual location in the dashboard (PC).
2. How to Set Up the Check Location Feature
Follow these steps to enable and start using the feature:
- Go to the dashboard (PC) > [Feature settings] > [Check Location]
- Turn on the Check Location feature to set it as “Active”
- Set permissions for sending location check requests. Only Leaders or Admins with permissions can create and manage rules.
