Using Notice Comments

The Comments feature is only available in Notices.

1. Shopl Notice Comments Feature Overview

In Shopl Notices, you can freely communicate with your colleagues through comments.

💡 Before you get started, check the following!

  • Comments can only be written on Notices where the Settings is set to 'Use'.
  • If the Comments feature is turned off, please change it to 'Use' via Edit Notice.

⚠️ If you change the Comments feature of a Notice from 'Use' to 'Don't use', existing comments will not be deleted but will no longer be visible on screen.

  • Changing it back to 'Use' will make the previously written comments visible again.

2. Writing Comments on Dashboard (PC)

1. Go to Dashboard > Notice & Survey and select the notice you want.

2. Confirm that the Comments feature at the bottom of the notice is set to 'Use'.

3. Click the comment icon at the bottom of the notice content.

4. Write your comment in the pop-up window.

  • Mention (@): You can tag specific members to communicate with them directly.
  • Reply & Delete: Any member can reply to another member's comment. You can delete your own comments, and an admin can delete other members' comments.
  • Edit: You can edit your own comments at any time.
  • File attachments: Click the button to attach image, video, or document files.

3. Writing Comments on the APP (Mobile)

1. Go to Menu > Notice & Survey and select the notice you want.

2. Touch the comment Icon in the notice.

3. Write your comment.

  • Mention (@): You can tag specific members to communicate with them directly.
  • Reply & Delete: Just as on PC, any member can reply to a comment. You can delete your own comments, and an admin can delete other members' comments.
  • Edit: You can edit your own comments at any time.
  • File Attachment & Captured Image: Use the file attachment button to attach image, video, or document files. (On the app, you can also attach an image taken directly with your camera!)

⚠️ Attention when attaching files (applies to all)

  • Photo + Document > Can be attached together ⭕
  • Photo/Document + Video > Cannot be attached together ❌ (Please attach Video files separately on their own!)
