NOTE
Administrators can manage visit schedules for all employees, while leaders can manage visit schedules for employees within their assigned group.
1. Registering Journey Plan
Journey plans and employee assignments can only be managed from the dashboard.
- Go to [Menu] > [Journey plan] tab > select the [Settings] tab at the top, and choose the employee to assign the visit schedule.
- Then, select the [Status] tab, click the +Bulk Add Journey Plan button, set the assigned employee and period for the visit task, and download the sample.
- Download the sample journey plan, fill in the schedule according to the format, then reattach the file, click Apply, and save.
- Then, select the [Status] tab again to view the visit schedules and status for each employee.
2. Editing Visit Schedule
- Go to [Dashboard] > [Journey plan] > [Status] tab.
- Click the schedule details of the employee whose visit schedule you need to edit.
- Click the [Edit journey plan] button in the top-right corner.
- Select the date you wish to change and edit the visit schedule accordingly.
