Select the occurrence from the To-do List and choose "Delete this occurrence only." The rest of your Repeat settings stay intact — only that single instance is removed. This is especially useful for Public holidays or Temporary store closures when a task simply doesn't apply.
A. You can update the Representative in the template at any time. All previously Completed tasks and the records tied to the Previous Representative remain unchanged.
The new Representative takes over from the next cycle created after the Change is saved.
A. No. Deleting a template does not erase the Results from tasks that were already Assigned through it.
That said, a Deleted template cannot be Recovered — Please decide carefully.
