Replaced unreliable biometric systems with Shopl’s GPS and QR-based attendance tools. Employees now check in and out easily using a single button in the app. When arriving late or leaving early, they can submit reasons themselves, eliminating extra back-and-forth with HR.

Leave requests, approvals, and notifications are all processed within Shopl, streamlining what was previously a time-consuming, multi-step manual process. The system supports role-based visibility and custom leave types. Even complex leave policies, such as annual leave tracking and enforcement, are handled automatically—reducing admin workload.
