Q. Do I need to manually update permissions every time someone joins or leaves?

A. No. Set permissions at the role or Department level — not per individual. Any Employee assigned to that role or Department automatically gets access. For anyone who leaves, deactivating their account removes access immediately. No manual permission Recall needed.
